Janitor Systems Int Ltd Mont Alto, PA 17237 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. This role is essential in ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming for all occupants. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces. Carry out custodial duties in accordance with established procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote a clean environment. Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a proactive approach to cleanliness throughout the facility. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and address any maintenance issues that arise. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Strong knowledge of floor care methods and equipment operation. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment consistently. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
