The Floor Care Technician performs various floor care and custodial tasks including scrubbing/buffing floors, stripping and waxing, and extracting carpets. This position will be performed in accordance with

QUALIFICATIONS

A valid PA driver’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.
Previous floor care experience preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Strips, waxes, and buffs tile floors in public areas using appropriate floor care equipment.
Vacuums hallways and public areas.
Performs daily spot checking and removes any spots/stains on carpets. Cleans carpets using carpet extractor and cleans various public areas. Moves furniture to clean floors or hard to reach areas as needed. Operates
