Role:

We’re looking for someone to train into a Team Lead / Trainer position. You’ll start as a cleaner, learn our systems, and then help onboard and train new team members. You’ll be more than just a cleaner — you’ll help grow the team from the inside.

Pay & Bonus:

Pay-for-Performance:

Most team members earn $15-$23/hr $15/hr for those still learning $20-$23/hr for efficient, high-performing cleaners

Trainer Pay:

Additional compensation when training new hires $500 Sign-On Bonus $100 after 30 days $150 after 60 days $250 after 90 days (Must meet core values and reliability expectations)
