Cleaner for Luxury Retail Client Porter Daily2.5 hours per day Cleanity LLC 150 Mall Blvd, King of Prussia, PA 19406 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various cleaning tasks efficiently while ensuring a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. Duties Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Assist with custodial duties including trash removal, surface cleaning, and replenishing supplies as needed. Maintain outdoor areas by sweeping walkways and ensuring that entrances are clean and presentable. Support residential painting projects when necessary to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the facilities. Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to address any issues related to cleanliness or upkeep. Follow safety protocols while using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be considered an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. $13.00 – $25.52 per hour Expected hours: 17.5 per week
