We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hrs.) and part-time (29 hrs.) janitor to clean and maintain the facility. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, can work with minimal supervision, and will take initiative. Job Duties and Responsibilities Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines Remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork Washes windows, door panels, and sills All other duties as required Job Skills and Qualifications Maintain valid Driver’s License 1-3 years experience in an office or manufacturing setting preferred Able to work independently with little supervision Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch for an 8 hour work day Possess good communication skills
