Janitorial Rophe Cleaning Services Telford, PA 18969 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including wiping down tables & chairs, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming rugs. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed. Handle custodial duties in both commercial and industrial settings. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the building. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Respond to emergency cleaning requests promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility occupants.
