Job Description:

Overnight Lodge Attendant/Cleaner Join our team at The Lodge at Woodstone Country Club as an Overnight Hotel Attendant/Clubhouse Cleaner and be a crucial part of providing exceptional guest experiences during the night shift. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can ensure the comfort and safety of our guests as well as thoroughly cleaning our clubhouse, while maintaining the high standards of our establishment. This shift is ideal for night owls who prefer to work by themselves during overnight hours.. This position would be a part-time opportunity offering about 30+ hours a week (depending on availability.) The hours for this shift would be from 10PM to 6AM, weekdays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and assist with late-night check-ins Address any guest inquiries or requests promptly and professionally Manage reservations and room assignments during the night shift Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the property Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain a safe environment Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the night Prepping continental and hot breakfast for the morning Opening the lodge, opening the gym, and preparing the lobby before you leave the shift Cleaning our clubhouse while also being available for Lodge guests Washing laundry or other related cleaning tasks that are assigned Checking rooms that are not checked into for any complications in the rooms Coordinate with other hotel staff to address any guest needs or issues efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning customer service preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic computer systems for managing reservations and payments Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts

Education and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to work weekend shifts Prior experience in a hotel or resort setting is a plus Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial How to
