Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean windows and surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly while adhering to safety protocols. Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure consistency in service delivery. Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a proactive team player. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
