The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, and common areas. Maintain floor care through buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed. Execute industrial cleaning procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Assist with residential painting projects when required. Act as a porter by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management. Skills Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Basic skills in residential painting are an asset but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
