The Role We’re seeking dedicated and detail-oriented house cleaners to join our growing network. You’ll provide residential cleaning services—everything from basic upkeep to deep cleans and move-outs. You choose your availability, the jobs you accept, and how much you want to work. Responsibilities Perform detailed cleanings in homes and apartments (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors). Offer high-touch customer service and follow each client’s preferences. Bring your own cleaning supplies (or let us know if you need help sourcing). Take before-and-after photos of your work through the Scrub app. Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful demeanor at all times. What We’re Looking For 1+ years of residential or commercial cleaning experience (preferred, but not required). Strong attention to detail and reliability. Great communication and time-management skills. Ability to pass a background check. Your own transportation and smartphone (for using the Scrub app). Why Join Scrub?
