The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of hygiene and safety. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or repairs needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing. Familiarity with custodial practices and facilities maintenance. Ability to perform residential painting tasks as needed. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
