un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ PT Janitor ‹ image 1 of 2 › 301 E Godfrey near Newtown ave compensation: 16-18 employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Part time Janitor for Events Center Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, buffing floors and cleaning surfaces in all areas of the venue. Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure they are well-maintained throughout events. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas including entrances, lobbies, and seating areas. Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, including moving furniture and equipment as needed. Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing fixtures. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless execution of events.
