Healthcare Staffing Solutions Philadelphia, PA 19102 Short-term EVS Technicians needed ASAP to help at a Pennsylvania Hospital. The EVS Technician plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include daily cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms, public areas, offices, and clinical spaces in accordance with hospital infection control standards and safety guidelines. HealthCare Staffing Solutions (HCSS) is a national company that helps hospitals in crisis situations. We have some short-term assignments (3 to 7 days) coming up in Pennsylvania. In addition to a high hourly rate, we would also be paying for your travel, housing in a 4-5 star hotel, and a daily meal stipend. You would be working in a large acute hospital with several other Allied clinicians also working short term assignments to help take care of patients in need of your skills. We have these types of assignments on an ongoing basis. Clean and disinfect patient rooms, operating rooms, exam rooms, restrooms, and other hospital areas. Empty trash and biohazard containers, ensuring proper disposal of medical waste. Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers. Follow established infection control and safety protocols at all times. Report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Handle cleaning chemicals in a safe and compliant manner. Support rapid room turnover and terminal cleaning of discharged patient rooms. Assist with emergency cleanups (e.g., spills, bodily fluids) promptly and efficiently. Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments to meet cleaning standards.
