The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial spaces. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Maintain and clean floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Conduct custodial duties including dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and clean environment. Carry out industrial cleaning duties in designated areas following safety protocols. Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining cleanliness during the process. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained properly and report any issues or needs for replenishment. Service days are Wednesday and Friday 2.5 hours per service Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
