Part-Time Cleaner Student Rental Investments New Kensington, PA 15068 Overview We are a 24 unit apartment community seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing weekly common area cleans, and turn cleans of apartments as needed. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and a commitment to providing high-quality service to ensure that all spaces are welcoming and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned, vacant apartments (2 bedroom units). Report any obvious needed repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Provide cleaning supplies and equipment as included in an as agreed upon bid price per unit clean. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
