Job Description
Environmental Services Technician Mid-Atlantic Maintenance Services, LLC The office cleaning technician will be responsible for daily cleaning Monday-Friday, 5:30-10:00 pm.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate has excellent time management skills, pays close attention to detail, and works well independently. Hard working and reliable seeking long term employment. Must be able to lift up to 35lbs as needed. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Able to walk for extended periods of time. Previous Healthcare janitorial experience preferred, but not needed.
Duties consist of the following:
- Thoroughly clean patient exam rooms
- Maintains the appearance of physician dictation work spaces
- Maintains the appearance of the lobby, stairwells, elevators, patient and employee areas, offices, staff breakroom.
Other areas also include:
Physical Therapy gym.
- Collect trash
- Disinfect bathrooms
- Vacuum offices and other areas
- Wet mop bathrooms
- High/low dusting’
- Replenish supplies Training is provided.
