The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Execute cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions. Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain facilities by ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working condition. Carry out floor care activities including vacuuming and mopping to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly. Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to lift and move objects as necessary for cleaning tasks. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and order in all assigned areas.
