Full/Part Time Cleaners for Yacht Interiors Capt. Pat’s Yacht Management Newport, RI 02840 Overview We are seeking a dedicated , trustworthy and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of the entire interior of the yacht. Including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry areas. Making beds, cleaning out all fridges, stoves, microwaves. Metal waxing. Folding laundry and setting up all rooms and common areas to be prepared for guests. Deep cleaning of any areas that may need it. Forward thinking approach without having to be micromanaged. Making sure all areas are organized and tidy. Restocking all food, beverage and supplies on boat. Which will be provide. Buff floors to maintain shine and cleanliness. Ensure all windows and hatches are cleaned to a high standard. Drive to various locations as needed for cleaning assignments. Including Newport, Portsmouth, Jamestown and Barrington. Provide custodial services that meet company standards for cleanliness and safety. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Experience Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Do not need experience on cleaning boats. Same skills and techniques used to clean houses, cars, and housekeeping. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A detail-oriented approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Further Information :

We are looking for candidates to perform interior washing and detailing of high end yachts in and around Newport, RI. Depending on the job for the day you will either be working on a boat by yourself or with a crew. Also, schedules can change quickly due to boat departures, arrivals ect. Must be flexible with day to day schedule. We start off all new hires as strictly detailing the interior of the boats. However there is plenty of room to grow within our company. Depending on experience, dedication and work ethic those responsibilities can grow into more advanced detailing assignments, travel, accompany clients on charters and trips, as well as captaining responsibilities. All of which are accompanied by an increase in pay. Work days usually range from 8-10 hours, typically beginning at 9am and ending at 5pm, but this could periodically change. The hourly wage starts at $22 an hour. Hourly raises can be expected following commitment, dedication, willingness to learn, quality of work, dependability and loyalty. (Routinely arriving to work on time, not calling off without prior notice, strong work ethic, showing initiative, etc.).

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Able to get to job sites without any issues? Be able to work some weekend days if necessary? Willing to travel to other marinas off the island including Jamestown and Barrington? We have a zero tolerance drug policy. To comply with Coast Guard and insurance regulations, we do not tolerate drug use (including marijuana) on or off of the work site. For instance if an accident were to occur you may be held liable to complete a drug test, and if you are to fail, your employment will be terminated.
