Full-Time Housemen – Newport, Rhode Island Lorraine Lee Estate Staffing Newport, RI Covid vaccination required to apply for this position.

Compensation:

$40/hour and a strong benefits package. Duties of the Housemen include, but are not limited to: Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior structures. Maintain and clean windows. Maintain and clean all walkways, patios, and parking areas. Clean, maintain and organize pool areas and all furniture and umbrellas. Maintain, clean, and sanitize bathrooms. Maintain exterior furniture including pressure washing sanding and oiling. Maintenance of tennis courts and fitness structures. Automobile and Golf Cart maintenance which includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, etc. Responsible to ensure all of client’s vehicles supply a cell phone which is fully functional. Cell phones must be 100% charged and checked daily. Maintain and clean lights and light fixtures throughout the property. Ensure that light bulbs are working and replace as needed. Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down furniture during hosted events. Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining collection area to ensure it is clean and sanitary. Transportation of high-end furniture and priceless art between estates and warehouses. Running company errands as needed. Organization and cleanliness of warehouses. Pressure wash ponds and roof tops of private estates. Other duties as assigned by COO.
