Cleaning Crew Member Building Talent Foundation Aiken, SC 29802 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This role requires reliability, efficiency, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues. Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members. Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
