Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Conduct thorough floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces. Handle residential painting tasks when required to enhance the appearance of facilities. Execute commercial and industrial cleaning duties to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep. Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to maintain a safe environment. Skills Proven experience in custodial services or related fields is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Experience as a Porter or in similar roles is advantageous. Basic skills in facilities maintenance are beneficial for this position. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
