Industrial Cleaners (Part Time Weekends)
What are we looking for in our Industrial Cleaners (Part Time Weekends)?
PrideNow is hiring industrial cleaners for our client in Anderson, SC. Our client services industries such as automotive, manufacturing and healthcare. This is a part time weekend position (Saturday and Sunday).

Pay Range:

$16/hr.

Shift:

Saturday and Sunday 8am start time

Hours:

12-16/hrs. per weekend
Responsibilities
Deep clean and maintain common areas including but not limited to: bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, entryways, locker rooms and office spaces;
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces in the facility, including manufacturing areas and equipment as required.
Safely utilize required solvents and chemicals to provide sanitation services;
Wear PPE as required which may include but not be limited to: face masks, respirators, safety glasses, safety gloves, hard hats, steel-toe boots (OSHA/CSA approved), and paint suits;
Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift to move materials and carry supplies;
Perform physically repetitive tasks: work in a fast-paced environment, bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, using stairs, reaching, scrubbing, prolonged standing and walking;
Utilize a floor buffer/scrubber equipment for floor stripping and wax services in the building (training provided)
Restock and manage inventory and supplies within the janitorial storage areas;
Abide by all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures by the company and facility;
Follow all company and site instructions and building protocols;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in industrialized or janitorial cleaning is considered an asset;
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically repetitive tasks;
Ability to bring or purchase before work – steel-toed safety boots;
Availability to work various shifts including overtime and on weekends;
Motivated and self-driven person with a willingness to learn;
Safety-oriented with a strong attention to detail;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Minimum High School level education;
Must be able to reliably commute to the site for work.
