Janitorial Worker Position Available In Beaufort, South Carolina

Janitorial Worker Safe Clean LLC 40 Folly Field Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 “`Duties“`

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies
• Perform floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and procedures “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation (e.g., buffing machines)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as required
