The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, residential, and industrial settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors. Conduct custodial duties in facilities maintenance to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with residential painting and touch-ups as needed to enhance the appearance of spaces. Maintain cleanliness in common areas and restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and available. Handle industrial cleaning tasks safely while adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide porter services by transporting materials or equipment as required within the facility. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles such as commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards consistently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
