The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential homes, and rentals. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to uphold cleanliness standards. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to enhance the appearance and longevity of flooring materials. Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable for use. Manage custodial duties, including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and general upkeep of facilities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services. Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of effective sanitization techniques and cleaning protocols. Familiarity with floor care methods and carpet cleaning processes is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
