Monday-Friday 6:00 PM-10:00 PM) Core ResponsibilitiesRestroom Maintenance Properly block off restrooms with signage during cleaning Stock and maintain all dispensers Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and countertops Sanitize and clean all fixtures and high-touch areas Empty trash receptacles Conduct final trash collection at end of day to reduce evening workload Replace air fresheners quarterly with concurrent high dusting Change urinal screens monthly Common Areas & Lobby Management Clean interior/exterior entrance glass and windowsills Vacuum entrance mats thoroughly Maintain exterior cleanliness within 10ft of entrances Replace and refill hand sanitizer stations Perform regular spot cleaning of glass in high-traffic areas Sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout shifts Complete low dusting of surfaces Clean elevator panels and call buttons Inspect and clean stairwells Address carpet spots and gum removal Empty all common area waste receptacles Inventory & Supply Management Maintain organized janitorial closets Ensure chemical compliance in all storage areas Restock supplies as needed Manage inventory levels and ordering Additional Responsibilities Service executive suites and large break rooms Address recurring maintenance issues Complete assigned work orders Communicate effectively with the night crew regarding missed items Qualifications Personal cell phone required Reliable transportation Must pass criminal background check (mandatory for ALL employees) Physical ability to lift 35 lbs, handle full trash bags, operate janitorial equipment Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English Clean driving record Join our team of professionals dedicated to maintaining pristine commercial environments throughout the Charleston area.
