Cleaner–Commercial Cleaning Clean Finish Cleaning Services Charleston, SC 29401 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial and residential properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure clean and sanitary environments. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain floor care through regular cleaning and buffing to enhance the appearance of surfaces. Provide porter services by ensuring common areas are tidy and well-maintained. Execute commercial cleaning tasks in offices, retail spaces, and other facilities as assigned. Support residential painting projects when needed, ensuring a clean workspace throughout the process. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
