Custodian Eclectic Concepts LLC 709 Long Point Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 ## Job Overview We are looking for a meticulous Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. ## Duties
- Clean and sanitize designated areas following a schedule
- Perform regular maintenance tasks and document completed activities
- Execute heavy-duty cleaning assignments and special projects as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Conduct minor repairs and adjustments when necessary
- Manage inventory and upkeep of supply rooms
- Collaborate effectively with other team members ## Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or related roles
- Knowledge of cleaning agents, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with safety protocols and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Strong integrity and the ability to work independently
