PM Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain floors (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting). Clean and maintain surface areas, including dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, and polishing metal or wood surfaces. Remove waste by emptying trash and recycling bins, and transporting materials to designated disposal areas. Safely use cleaning chemicals and follow all safety protocols. Operate floor equipment such as scrubbers in a safe and effective manner. Perform other general cleaning tasks as assigned.
