Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Floater to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial, including porter duties, and be proficient in various cleaning techniques and equipment. The position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform porter duties, including cleaning floors, emptying trash cans, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, including floors, walls, and counters.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and report any issues promptly.

Skills:

• Experience in custodial work, including porter duties.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and procedures.
