As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Duties Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Perform routine inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed. Collect and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the premises. Support maintenance staff with minor repairs or tasks as required. Respond promptly to requests from management or guests regarding cleaning or maintenance needs. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
