Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pressure Washer Technician/Window Cleaner to join our team. You must be able to pass a drug test. As a Pressure Washer Technician, you will be responsible for operating pressure washing equipment to clean and maintain various surfaces. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces, including buildings, sidewalks, and parking lots
• Assess surfaces to determine appropriate cleaning solutions
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other debris from surfaces
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of services performed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pressure Washer Technician or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of pressure washing equipment and techniques
• Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
