Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
• Follow established safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Location:

Summerville (Nexton) Monday-Friday 8:00AM-2:30PM $20.00 This is a Temporary position lasting for 8-weeks. Summary This is a Temporary Part-Time Day Porter position requires a candidate with core skills in cleaning, janitorial experience, custodial experience, floor care, and commercial cleaning. Premium skills such as industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, porter experience, maintenance, and buffing are also beneficial. The role involves facilities maintenance, time management, industrial cleaning, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
