Spherion in Florence, SC currently has Janitorial Assistant opportunities available for 1st shift to support our customer in Florence, SC. Our Janitorial Assistants will be working a first shift with limited OT. The Janitorial Assistants will support our customer by Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture, blinds, and windowsills. Responsibilities:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture, blinds, and windowsills
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (e.g., floors, sinks, mirrors, commodes, and other fixtures)
• Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling
• Reporting any major maintenance and cleanliness issues to management Working hours: 11:00 AM
• 8:00

PM Skills:

• Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them
• Ability to lift and move at least 20 pounds
• Good organization skills …
• Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners
• Excellent time-management skills

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience as a janitor/ housekeeper
• Must have valid drivers license
