Janitor/Maintenance La Unica Supermarket 6119 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC 29611 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and have experience in various cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks across various facilities, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Conduct custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to keep spaces tidy. Assist with porter services to ensure the upkeep of common areas and restrooms. Execute floor care procedures including buffing, waxing, and polishing to maintain appearance. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and maintenance practices is beneficial. Experience in residential painting is advantageous but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
