The Upstate South Carolina facility has been in operation at this location since 1952. In the janitor role, you will ensure that the establishment’s premises are presentable and clear of any trash. You will maintain and update a checklist of your cleaning responsibilities during your shift. Success in this role will be demonstrated by maintaining a clean and orderly establishment. Cleans, dusts, mops, and sweeps assigned areas Reports any major maintenance and cleanliness issues to management Collects and disposes of trash in the proper manner Restocks bathrooms and supply closets

Maintaining:

Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass partitions Maintaining supplies: Ordering and stocking cleaning supplies, and maintaining inventory Maintaining grounds: Cleaning parking lots and grounds, removing snow and debris, and cutting grass Maintaining restrooms: Cleaning, sanitizing, and supplying restrooms Maintaining safety: Reporting safety hazards to maintenance and following safety rules Maintaining records: Filling out checklists at the end of each shift Must be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs on your own. This is a Day shift Mon – Thursday , 6am to 4:30pm position, however must be able to work overtime as needed.
