Responsibilities:

Back-End Restaurant Cleaning:

Ensure the kitchen and back-of-house areas are spotless, including cleaning floors, sanitizing workstations, degreasing surfaces, and deep cleaning appliances like ovens and fryers – on occasions.

Trash Disposal:

Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.

Restroom Maintenance:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms to meet health and safety standards.

Routine Cleaning:

Sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces.

Supply Restocking:

Ensure that all restrooms and supply areas are fully stocked with essentials like tissue, paper towels, and other necessary supplies.

Safety First:

Follow all safety protocols while cleaning.

Timely Completion:

Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.

Communication:

Work independently but communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience preferred, especially in restaurant environments, but not required Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work 3rd shift hours consistently Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Must pass a background check If you take pride in maintaining cleanliness, especially in a restaurant setting, and are ready for a reliable night shift, we want to hear from you!
