⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Janitorial Maintenance cleaning of condo common areas (North myrtle Beach) compensation: 17+ employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Janitorial maintenance and cleaning Alliance Property Services is a common area property service company interested in adding team members to the Janitorial maintenance division. The position includes responsibilities of maintaining the building hallways, lighting, parking lots, pools and common area hallways, stairwells, elevators. There are full time and part time year around positions available. Pay Scale is $17+ depending on experience. There is room for growth. We train and uniforms and all equipment are provided. Vacation pay is given after a year of full employment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, be familiar with small equipment such as blowers and vacuum cleaners. Day shift position needed (Monday thru Saturday) Sunday off in season. In off season weekends off.(Nov-March) In person interview required and start date is immediately.
