Job Description
We are looking for a dependable person to perform janitorial and light maintenance duties for one of our premier associations. This is a temporary position working Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm and Friday + Saturday 2:30pm-11:00pm. This position will begin ASAP and end on September 1st. Primarily, this position is outside and through all elements of weather.
Daily job duties and responsibilities:
Light Maintenance duties (i.e. replacing bulbs, etc.).
Janitorial duties (i.e. vacuum, cleaning, mopping, etc.)
Must be dependable.
Must be a self-starter.
Must be an independent worker.
Must passbackground check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
