Responsibilities:
- Follows a cleaning schedule developed by the facilities manager daily
- Perform various cleaning duties
- Perform routine maintenance cleaning tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Demonstrates helpful and courteous behavior to employees and the public when interacting
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is required
- Ability to handle heavy physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attendance record
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 poundsMonday
