The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Job Scope & Expectations – Kennedy Disposal, LLC Employment Requirements Must have dependable transportation Must have a valid driver’s license Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Completion of I-9 and 1099 forms is required No under-the-table pay – all compensation is reported No smoking on any job site No overnight stays at properties unless specifically requested due to distance Compensation & Time Tracking Starting pay: $15/hr , with opportunity to earn more based on dependability and performance Paid weekly via Zelle All hours are tracked through QuickBooks You will be clocked in and out by a team lead or Mr. Kennedy No gas or mileage reimbursement Painting skills? Cleaning:

Stoves, ovens, refrigerators Toilets, tubs, and sinks Windows, ceiling fans, vents Sweeping, mopping, dusting Vacuuming and shampooing carpets Office cleans (bi-weekly) at apartment complexes Follow Kennedy Disposal’s approved cleaning process Only use supplies provided by the company — no outside chemicals allowed Safety & Work Conditions Masks and gloves are provided Work can involve: Bug infestations (no rodent handling) Mold, trash, odor, and other challenging conditions We strictly follow OSHA guidelines This is physical work – being squeamish may make this job a poor fit Eviction Standby Jobs Attend evictions with law enforcement Remove all trash and furniture left behind Professional behavior and respect are expected during these jobs Work Locations Most jobs are in Columbia, SC Travel may also be required to: Newberry Aiken Great Falls Work schedules and assignments will be shared 3 to 5 days in advance Each team member will be assigned to a designated cleaning team for a specific property Communication Expectations If you have questions or concerns , communicate early — do not wait until the last minute Your team lead is your point of contact for any job or scheduling issues.
