The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Reliable transportion. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
