Under general supervision, performs a variety of janitorial and custodial duties which are related to the general appearance and cleanliness of the interior of Exchange facilities, using industrial type powered equipment and ladders/scaffolds. Activelymunicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star Credit Card to customers in order to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty

Education:

Elementary school. Creditable job-related experience maybe substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not , the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements

MAY NEED TO MOVE HEAVY FURNITURE OR EQUIPMENT. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50 LBS AND CLIMB LADDERS. MUST HAVE ABILITY TO WORK IN VARIOUS TEMPS, HOT AND COLD. ABILITY TO USE A PRESSURE WASHER ON WALLS AND WINDOWS.
