Role and Responsibilities:

Are you ready to keep things squeaky clean and shining bright? We’re looking for a Custodian to join our team! As a Custodian , you’ll be the superhero of sanitation, ensuring our space is always tidy and welcoming. Work with a team that primarily composed of individuals with disabilities. Sweep, mop, and vacuum like a pro. Keep restrooms fresh and stocked. Empty trash and recycling bins with a smile. Help maintain a spotless environment that everyone loves. Attention to detail. Work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual—because cleanliness waits for no one!

Qualifications:

Work well with others and be supportive. Notice when products need to be moved or replaced. Follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as cleaning supplies. Spend long hours standing and walking during cleaning tasks. Frequently bend, kneel, and crouch to clean floors, surfaces, and restrooms. Perform repetitive tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing. Hand -eye coordination for operating cleaning equipment and tools. Reasonable accommodations can be made.

Environmental Demands:

Work in various environments, including offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas. Possible exposure to heat, cold, rain, or snow while performing outdoor tasks. Use of cleaning chemicals; must follow safety guidelines. Exposure to noise from cleaning equipment and machinery.
