PRIMARY
JOB FUNCTION
Ensure cleaning requirements are met or exceeded per company standards as you clean multiple buildings on school campuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Clean assigned area(s) to company standards
- Follow Company policies and procedures, i.e. – cleaning procedures, safety policies, attendance policy, etc.
- Dress according to company dress code at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- No educational requirements
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Previous custodial experience preferred but not required
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
- Wear required protective equipment in all areas where required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8 or more hours
- If required, the ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work with multiple cleaning products
- Ability to work flexible shifts (holidays, weekends, extended shifts) as needed
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to meet scheduled work hours
- Bilingual a plus but not required
