PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION

Ensure cleaning requirements are met or exceeded per company standards as you clean multiple buildings on school campuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Clean assigned area(s) to company standards
• Follow Company policies and procedures, i.e. – cleaning procedures, safety policies, attendance policy, etc.
• Dress according to company dress code at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• No educational requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Previous custodial experience preferred but not required

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
• Wear required protective equipment in all areas where required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8 or more hours
• If required, the ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work with multiple cleaning products
• Ability to work flexible shifts (holidays, weekends, extended shifts) as needed

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to meet scheduled work hours
• Bilingual a plus but not required
