Day Porter/Janitor Position Available In Richland, South Carolina

Day Porter/Janitor B&C Associates, Inc. Columbia, SC 29201 B&C Associates is seeking a full-time worker to provide excellent janitorial services for a client located in the Columbia area. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8:30-4pm with (1) weekend per month.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to speak English, pass a criminal background check, and drug and alcohol screening. This job requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds. Six months or more experience in a janitorial position is preferred, but not required.

• Must have drivers license and reliable transportation.

Job Duties:

• vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all flooring.
• Empty, sanitize and replace liners in all trash receptacles
• Clean entrance glass area doors inside and outside for fingerprints
• Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, tile walls and sanitary napkin containers.
• Dust mop all countertops and surface areas
• Restock supplies/refill dispensers in restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwave, coffee makers, break rooms and common areas.
