The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial spaces. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, as well as excellent customer service skills. If you have experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or professional cleaning/ janitorial/ custodial services, we would love to hear from you. You must have a phone, your own reliable transportation, general liability insurance, auto insurance, cleaning products/supplies, tools, and equipmen. This is NOT an employee position. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing on job sites: including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and offices, break rooms, etc… Launder linens and other fabrics as needed to ensure freshness and cleanliness. Fold clothes, make beds, hang up clothes. Execute carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques. Have your own systematic approach to cleaning that is safe and sanitary. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Provide all of your own cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, and products. Maintain your own general liability insurance and auto insurance policies while contracted with Precise & Pristine. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and Precise & Pristine. Ability to work as an independent contractor and supply what you need to complete jobs: we don’t provide any training, products or supplies. You are responsible for this as a contracto. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must have and maintain your own insurances and vehicles, supplies, tools, and equipment in order to partner with us. You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not withhold any taxes from your pay. Sign independent contractor contract. Agree to a background check. Travel up to 30 miles to get to job sites within our service areas.
