un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Part Time Cleaner (Columbia) compensation: 15/hr Looking for an experienced cleaner (1099 position) who can work a few days a week to clean vacant apartments for me. I want someone who is dependable, reliable, and trustworthy to get the jobs done efficiently and thoroughly. I need someone for time thats starts at 9am -3pm hrs time frame. I want someone who can be on time and be at the job locations when scheduled. This can lead to more work if you really want to work but I only want SERIOUS people. The pay rate starts at $15/hr just to make sure you are a great fit! It will increase regarding performance. You MUST be able to work unsupervised and/or solo when necessary!!
