• Position Summary
• : We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients’ homes while delivering exceptional service.
• Key Responsibilities
• :•Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning interior windows.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and home offices.
• Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms as needed.
• Provide additional services, including making beds and handling laundry (washing, drying, folding, hanging, and putting away).
• Adhere to company policies and complete all required training materials.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Occasionally work with a coworker on two-person cleaning jobs, but primarily work independently.
• Requirements
• :•Hours•: Availability to work 5-30 hours per week.
• Transportation
• : Must have a safe and reliable vehicle for commuting to and from clients’ homes.
• Vehicle must have active car insurance.
• Notify your car insurance provider that the vehicle will be used for work purposes to ensure adequate coverage.
• Mileage Reimbursement
• : $0.70 per mile.
• Comfortable with occasionally having a coworker ride with you for two-person cleaning jobs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Compensation
• :•Hourly pay: $15.
